At grump we want you to be soooo happy in your cute and comfortable clothing and enjoy everything we send you! If you have any questions or concerns regarding a recent order then please have a look below and see if we’ve answered it already. If you aren’t sure or want to ask something else please contact us below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • We will usually release our new items as pre-orders. We do this so that we can make sure we make enough for everyone that wants one of our grumpy pieces. It also ensures that we won’t over-produce stock and contribute to clothing in landfill.

    Our pre-orders are generally open for 2-3 weeks. Production then starts and your garments will be sent 4-6 weeks after pre-orders close.

    We ask that you are patient during this time because there can sometimes be delays that are out of our control and we are doing our best :) We want to wear the cute grump things as much as you do!

  • We do ask that you choose your items carefully when you order as we do have a small order quantity and don’t always have the capacity to exchange sizes.

    Of course we will try to exchange your size if it is possible.

  • If for any reason you would like to return an item - you are welcome to do so. Items must be returned within 30 days of placing your order. Returned items will only be eligible for a store credit which be vaild for 2 years from purchase date.

  • We do not offer refunds on any items unless they are faulty. Please choose your purchase carefully and if you need any help with a purchase please contact us prior to making your order.

  • Clothing items must be returned in original condition. These items can only be returned if they are new and unworn. Clothing must have no pet hair, make-up marks, smell of perfumes or deodorants.

  • Items that can’t be returned include:

    earrings, original artworks and heavily discounted clothing items or samples

  • If you want to return something then please contact us via the button above and we will let you know the process. We ask that you do this so that we are aware there is a return coming and that we can look out for it.

    The process is pretty easy. We just ask that you pop the item in the post safely and return to our PO BOX. We will not take responsibility for any returns that are lost in the post - so it is sent at the owner’s risk - please send via tracked mail if you are concerned.

  • We can send grump all around the world and that is our dream!

    Current shipping costs are a flat rate - $15 for domestic AUD (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) and $25 for international AUD (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
